• Light Plan (¥5,000/month + tax):
  Monthly exterior visual inspection and check for illegal dumping.
• Standard Plan (¥8,000/month + tax):
  Includes all Light Plan services, plus simple cleaning of the entrance/surroundings and a check of garden trees/weeds.
• Premium Plan (¥10,000/month + tax):
  Our most comprehensive plan, including all Standard Plan services, plus interior ventilation, a visual check for rain leaks, a water flow check for plumbing, and simple interior cleaning.

All plans include a detailed monthly report with photos, sent via email, fax, or post. Optional services like mail forwarding and emergency inspections after a disaster are also available.
